LOAD DISTRIBUTION CONTROLLER FOR HEATTSUPPLIED POWER PLANT

PURPOSE:To reduct the boiler fuel cost, by calculating the load distribution from the current total bleeding quantity, data indicative of the run or stop of each turbine and data of the number of working burners of each boiler and controlling bleeding pressure adjusters and output adjusters. CONSTITUTION:The load distribution of the burbines 2-1-2-n and the boilers 1-1-1-n is calculated by a calculator 7 from the current total bleeding quantity P, the binary date Tj indicative of the run or stop of the turbines the data Vj of the number of working burners of the boilers and the total generated electricity G set by an input unit 8 to control the bleeding pressure adjusters 3 and the output adjusters 4. An optimum solution is obtained by, e.g., a linear programming procedure to meet restricting conditions and minimize the sum of steam generation costs of all the boilers. Thereby, the load distribution is immediately effected in response to the fluctuation in the bleeding amount to reduce the boiler fuel cost.
