VERTICAL EXECUTION METHOD FOR PILE AND MEASURING DEVICE FOR DEGREE OF VERTICALITY

PURPOSE:To measure the degree of verticality continuously during execution by adjustig the degree of verticality of a leader with a projector through measurement by means of a transit and adjusting the degree of verticality of the leader so that beams from the projector are conformed to the predetermind position of the beam receiver of the lower section of the leader. CONSTITUTION:The degree of verticality of the leader a of a pile driver is adjusted through measurement by means of the transit. The beam recever B is fixed at a position where the beams S from the projector A internally touch with four lenses 6a1-6a4 located at the innermost side. Since the beams S strike to all beam receiving elements 7a1-7a4, a lamp 8 for minute adjustment is lit, a blue lamp is lit and verticality is displayed. When the blue lamp is lit, an auger is driven, and dropped using the leader a as a guide, and soil excavated and cement milk are agitated and mixed. The soil concrete pile is manufactured by repeating the same process.
