PURPOSE:Ground fish meat is fed on heated wood plates to avoid bubble formation on the part where the plate faces the ground meat. CONSTITUTION:Wood plates on which KAMABOKO (boiled fish paste) 14 are transferred from the stucker 16 to the inside of the cover 24 in the heater 22 by means of a transferrer 20 where they are heated by farinfrared heater 26 provided with the reflector 32 which s hung with hinge nut 28 and adjusting screw 30 up to 50-60 deg.C, then the plates are sent to the opening 18' for feeding ground fish meat for the meat feeder 18 where ground fish meat S is fed on the plate 14.
