PURPOSE:To change the implementing method of transmission timing control and to slowly perform timing control so as to prevent out of synchronism of an ordinary station from a reference station burst, by adding a data memory for controlling transmission timing to a synchronizer. CONSTITUTION:At the metric burst measuring value processing circuit 302 of a transmission timing controlling section 120, plural interval data are fetched and the center value of the data is calculated, and then, the difference between the center value and a reference pulse interval is calculated when a base station is in an acquisition process. The calculated results are sent to a delay controlling circuit 303 as transmission timing control data. At the circuit 303 a variable delay circuit 304 is controlled so as to slightly change the cycle of a transmission fram counter 305 at every TDMA frame over the same number of times as those for the control data sent from the processing circuit 302. Through the control, the position to the reference station synchronizing window of a reference burst is moved in order. The transmission timing control data are stored in a control data memory 301.
