MONITORING AND CONTROLLING DEVICE FOR DISCRETE TYPE AIR-CONDITIONING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To permit to effect delicate control to cope with the needs of an user a by a method wherein a local controller, controlling the air-conditioning machines of respective zones, and a main controller, monitoring and controlling all of the air-conditioning machines in respective zones, are provided in the device. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of individual type air-conditioning machines 1 are provided in the perimeter zone of a building while the zone is divided into zone 1a and the zone 1b. Respective air-conditioning machines 1 in the zone 1a is controlled by the local controller 2 equipped in a passage, on a piller or the like while the local controller 3 for respective air-conditioning machines 1 in the zone 1b is equipped at a place near the zone 1b. On the other hand, respective airconditiong machines 1 in the zones 1a, 1b are controlled concentrically by the main controller 4 equipped in a machine room or the like. Respective air-conditioning machines can be controlled by either one of the local controllers 2, 3 or the main controller 4, therefore, delicate control may be effected.
