PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely automate energy saving operation of a dehumidification machine combined type device.;SOLUTION: The dehumidification machine combined type air-conditioning device comprises an outdoor unit having a total enthalpy heat exchange function, a dehumidification machine dehumidifying outside air supplied from the outdoor unit, and an air conditioner supplying mixed air of the outside air dehumidified by the dehumidification machine or outside air directly supplied from the outdoor unit and return air from an air-conditioning object space into the air-conditioning object space as treated air. It is provided with a bypass duct directly directly supplying the outside air to the air conditioner from the outdoor unit without passing through the dehumidification machine when humidity of the introduced outside air, or the outside air cooled and dehumidified by the outdoor unit is humidity suiting air-conditioning or less, and it will suffice without operating the dehumidification machine. The optimum operation control system for the dehumidification machine combined air-conditioning device is provided with an operation control device automatically controlling operation of the dehumidification machine combined type air-conditioning device such that it is in an optimum state for achieving energy saving, on the basis of measured temperature and humidity values of the air-conditioning object space S and temperature and humidity values of the outside air.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
