PURPOSE:To accurately and efficiently cut or weld various pipes by supporting the pipe in such a way as to turn it centering on its axis while a cutter and welder are fixed, and rotating and moving the surface to be cut or welded. CONSTITUTION:A pair of bearings 2 are fixed to the frame of a specific length and the shafts 3 is provided multiple rollers 4 attached on its circumferential surface with elastic materials at fixed intervals in the longitudinal direction and at one end of the shaft 3, a spur gear 5 is installed. The spur gear 5 is meshed with the driving gear 6 which is then directly connected to the electrical motor 9 with reduction gear 7 and an electrical motor 9 with a redution gear 7 and an electromagnetic brake 8 so that it can be rotated or stopped freely. On these rollers 4 the pipe is placed horizontally in such a way that it can be freely rotated centering on its axis and cut or welded. In such a way, various pipes of large diameter to small diameter are automatically cut or welded.
