PURPOSE:To load package cargos at a return voyage by lifting a combined cell guide and container rack, fixing it at the upper position to form a space between the rack and a deck, and loading package cargos in this space. CONSTITUTION:After unloading is completed, vacant containers 9 are loaded in a hold. After they are fully loaded, a hatch is closed, next, a combined cell guide and container rack 6 is hoisted to the uppermost section and fixed. Then, lengthy cargos 17 such as package lumber and package pipes are loaded in a space section formed between the upper deck 1 and the combined cell guide and container rack 6 to the vicinity of the lower edge of the combined cell guide and container rack 6. In this case, stanchions 3 serve as the support member of the lengthy cargos 7 and prevent the lateral shift of the cargos 7. Accordingly, package cargos can be loaded and conveyed at a return voyage.
