ENZYME IMMUNOLOGICAL MEASUREMENT FOR ANTI-INSULIN ANTIBODY AND INSULIN

PURPOSE:To obtain a highly sensitive insulin measuring antibody by bonding an insulin antibody derived from capibara to a solid phase. CONSTITUTION:A capibara-derived anti-insulin antibody is sampled from capibara in the same way as with a guinea pig. The solid phase is used as done for the bonding of a guinea pig derived anti-insulin antibody and for example, polystyrene ball is preferable. The bonding of the anti-insulin antibody is done as with the guinea pig derived insulin antibody. The enzyme for labelling the antibody is preferably catalase, peroxydase, beta glucuronidase or the like. The labelling of the anti-insulin antibody by enzyme is done as with the anti-insulin antibody derived from a guinea pig.
