PURPOSE:To make thickness of SENBEI uniform, and to raise commodity value, by making a production unit for SENBEI be operated by a mechanical means through cam plates. CONSTITUTION:A production unit for SENBEI consisting of the lower baking mold 34 heated by the heater 35 and movable upward, the upper baking mold 43 which is vertically movable to the mold 34, heated by the heater 44, engaged with the mold 34 when it is dropped, and the slidable feed plate 52 which takes out baked and shaped SENBEI on the rising mold 34 when the mold 43 rises, and the fixed displacement hole 51 for feeding a fixed amount of a raw material in the hopper 53 into the mold 34 simultaneously. The molds 43 and 34 and the feed plate are driven by rotation of the set cam plates 4, 20, and 22, respectively. Consequently, operation can be carried out precisely, the thickness of SENBEI can be made uniform, and commodity value can be raised.
