MANUFACTURE OF RAMIFICATION PART IN SYNTHETIC RESIN TUBE

PURPOSE:To produce a ramification part effectively, while a tube body has no necessity for cutting the tube by introducing synthetic resin into a mold at the state where an insert and the tube and fitted into the mold, while inserting an insert into the opening of a tube. CONSTITUTION:A hole is bored into the side of a tube body 1 and a hollow pin 25 is opened to said tube body. Next, when curing resin is gradually poured from a gate 24, while keeping this condition, the space part composed of grooves 22, 22a is filled with the resin. Then, when a mold 20 is removed and the pin 25 is drawn out, a connecting part 28 is integrally molded with the tube body 1. Accordingly, as the tube body has no necessity for cutting the tube, there is no tendency of pollution, and the use of flux to the connecting part is unnecessary, whereby blood coagulation and blood leakage may be prevented, and manufacture process is also caused to be easy.
