PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a synthetic resin reticulated pipe adapted to the production of many kinds of synthetic resin reticulated sheets by simple die constitution. SOLUTION: A reticulated pipe producing apparatus 1 consists of the lift die 50 coaxially fitted to the periphery of a conical die 10 in a slidable manner and forming a large number of first passages 16 between the die 50 and the conical die 10 at a predetermined angular interval along the bus direction of the conical slope 12 of the conical die 10 and axially raised and lowered between the close contact position with the conical slope 12 and a separated position separated from the conical slope to form an annular gap part between the lower edges of both of them by a die reciprocating means 50 and the fixed die 30 coaxially arranged to the periphery of the conical die 10 and forming a large number of second passages 16 between the dies 10, 30 at a predetermined angular interval along the bus direction of the conical slope 12 and forming the fixed gap part communicating with the annular gap part formed between the conical slope 12 and the die 30 to intermittently emit annular weft yarns.
