Dish washing machine using ultrasonic cleaning - uses ultrasonic generator, and air bubbles generated by forcing air through drilled plate

The dish washer includes an ultra-sonic generator inside a metallic washing chamber, and an arrangement for delivering a stream of washing bubbles into the base of the chamber. The ultrasonic generator operates at frequencies in the range 15 to 50 kHz. The bubbles are generated by forcing air through an extensively drilled plate which forms the base of the washing chamber. - The air is supplied by an air compressor. A lift-out plate carrier is fitted inside the washing chamber and is driven in rotation through a detachable coupling to the drive motor.
