Process for the preparation of (D-Trp 6) -LHRH solid phase on a resin benzhydrylaminique, characterized in that the protected amino acids are introduced onto the polymeric support with a double condensation, in that the hydroxyl group of serine is protected thanks to benzyl, hydroxyl radical tyrosine thanks to a 2,6-dichlorobenzyl, the guanidine group of arginine thanks to a tosyl group, the indole ring of L- and D-tryptophan thanks to formyl and 'nitrogen-TT imidazole nucleus of histidine thanks to benzyloxymethyl, and that the final deprotection of side chains and the separation of the peptide from the support are carried out thanks to a subsequent treatment with hydrofluoric acid at low and high concentration.
