The device is used for continuous measurementthe amount of precipitation or weight of icing,especially for meteorological purposes.It replaces the existing gauges that were not allowedcontinuous measurement or costlyand capable of measuring only small frostweight. The device is rotatably mounted onpin and equipped with a rudder that rotates the baseplate to the top of which isfixed in the opposite direction to the rudderstrain gauge cell. There is a cell to measurea fixture with a measure element attached, eithera horizontal bar rotating around the longitudinalaxes, or a sink for collecting precipitation.Weight of icing on rod or rainwaterin the reservoir it acts through the holder on the specificcell and with strain gauges the weightit continuously identifies and records. Electedthe facilities are heated. Use thempossible in fields that follow creationicing and precipitation, eg in power engineering.
