摘要

Biochemical-genetrical tests of the vegetative parts of plants and of propagating materials are performed on extracts obtd. from the test material comminuted to shavings of 5-50 micrometer thickness by machining with a special tool at a temp. between -20 and -60 deg. C. The material is cooled with dry cold or the sublimation of dry cold. The machining tool consists of a set of closely packed circular discs with saw teeth at their periphery. - The discs are somewhat rotated w.r.t. each other so that the saw teeth form a spiral pattern. The test material is propelled towards the machining tool, there are suitable means for collecting the comminuted material.
