A method for setting the correct angle of attack of a magnetic head on devices for magnetic recording and reading of information, and on accessories, with the aid of measurement devices. Additionally, a magnetic tape with registered test signals required for the conduct of the method, which is a combination of treble tinged noise between 5000 Hertz and 15000 hertz and a signal of 10000 hertz and whose combination exploits the hearing's inability to detect certain notes under certain circumstances.IMAGE
