Procedure for the production of plasminogen in Human Tissue Culture cells of host Protein transformants, using vectors encoding dihydrofolate reductase.Is to amplify the DNA Sequence encoding TPA in cultured host cells, providing an expression Vector and by growing cells in the presence of an active effective concentration of MTX.The expression vector comprises a First sequence of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), which encodes a Protein of dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) and a Second DNA Sequence encoding Human Tissue Plasminogen Activator (TPA).
