MODULAR PRECAST CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS OF COMPRESSED VIBRATED REINFORCED CONCRETE PROVIDED WITH FIXED JOINTS FOR CIVIL AND INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

Modular precast construction elements of compressed vibrated reinforced concrete for building outside walls and partitions (1, 11) with cavities (5), which are connected by male and female fixed-joints (6, 7) and guide means (3a, 3b and 4a, 4b) positioning and connecting said walls and partitions (1, 11) in the vertical plane as well as male and female fixed-joints (8, 9) connecting them in the horizontal plane. Special modular elements (13, 16D, 16S) connecting a wall (11) to an inside partition and angle connections between two walls perpendicular to each other are also provided. There are also disclosed angle beading members (19), simple beading members (23) and beading members (28) provided with a pair of hollow arms (30A, 30B) having an essentially rectangular cross section and projecting from at least one of the longitudinal vertical surfaces thereof for supporting at least a beam (22), and beams (22) of modular width precast in reinforced concrete and provided with at least three longitudinal channels (31A, 31, 31B) having a cross section which is complementary to the outline of the arms (30A, 30B).
