An improved sealing or adhesive composition comprising s stable slurry of solid meltable wax-like particles dispersed in a liquid adhesive or sealant composition, such as an anaerobic adhesive of sealant, which may be caused to cure at a time later than the time of application. The composition may be applied to threaded bolts or other articles by pumping the slurry through a heated applicator head to dispense homogeneous liquid on the article which hardens on cooling to a non-mobile settable coating.
