Cutaneously administrable medicament containing a compound of the general formula see diagramm : EP0082385,P7,F1 in which R denotes hydrogen, optionally unsaturated lower alkyl or aralkyl with in each case 1 to 20 carbon atoms, X denotes oxygen or sulphur and Y denotes nitrogen or CH, in the form of suppositories, suspensions, emulsions, sprays, powders, gels, ointments, pastes, creams and solutions, optionally in a microencapsulated from, but with the exception of tragacanth salt solutions.
