Part rings for a land roller, such as a star roller or Cambridge roller and the like, for consolidating agricultural soils and for comminuting clods, a plurality of which are mounted parallel to one another on a common axle and are held axially against one another and the annular running tread of which is preferably designed with prism-shaped teeth, the tips of which lie on a common circumference diameter and are provided with flanks descending outwards on both sides from a plane perpendicular to the common axle, each roller ring being composed of two part rings of identical effective tooth height which are separated from one another in the plane perpendicular to the axle and of which in each case one part ring is mounted by means of a hub on the common axle and is held at a distance from the adjacent, identically designed part ring by means of a laterally projecting spacer bush, and the other part rings have a larger circumference diameter and are each guided by means of a sleeve, according to the larger inside diameter, so as to be radially movable on the spacer bush assigned to the first part ring and with axial play between two adjacent first part rings, and at least one part ring, but preferably both part rings, is/are made recessed in a dish-shaped manner.
