The use of alkoxycycloalkylamino-s-triazines of the formula IMAGE in which R1 is a straight- or branched-chain alkyl, alkoxy, alkoxyalkyl or alkylol radical or an H atom, R is a radical from the group of the alkyls having 1 to 3 carbon atoms and A is -CH2- or -CH2-CH2- and n, in the event that A = -CH2-, is in each case 0 or 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, or in the event that A = -CH2-CH2-, n is in each case 3, 4, 5 or 6, and where the substituents R on the cycloalkyl rings can be identical or different, in a suitable form for application for the selective treatment of crop plants before or after emergence, the compounds having a broad spectrum of action against weeds and harmful grasses.
