A new application of N-methyl-N-[2-(6,11)-dihydrodibenz[b,e]oxepin-11-yl)ethyl]-1-amino-3-p henoxy-propanol-(2) (Doxaminol) and compatible salts thereof for influencing the rheological properties of the blood, and pharmaceuticals which contain these materials, for the treatment of perturbed blood circulation.
