A wing 11, which can be folded in in a space-saving manner, of a missile or projectile 10 consists of two wing leaves 12, 12a which are connected to one another at an acute angle but which are attached to different mountings 17, 17a at their root end. One of the mountings 17a is a hinged fixed mounting, while the second mounting 17 is a hinged sliding guidance mounting. In the folded-up state, the wing leaves 12, 12a are wound up on the circumference of the missile 10 lying directly one above the other, the mountings 17, 17a lying closely adjacent to one another.
