In a substrate, cable, a conductive pattern is the form of an alloy of gold, of a metal base and of a noble metal and is adjacent to an insulating layer of a mixture of oxides of metals and noble. The alloy comprises, then the noble metals and in a total proportion of 0,2 a 2 by weight. Then, the metal is titanium, aluminum or copper.
