The handle applies to the handling of a bag 1 whose top part is closed by folding over its width into several flaps clamped between two outer small dishes by means of a nut screwed onto a threaded rod engaged through the folding-over flaps and securely attached to one of the small dishes 6, passing through the other at its centre.
