PURPOSE:To obtain drinking water effective for health and beauty, by putting UME(Japanese apricot), vinegar, and honey in a container, allowing them to stand for a specific period. CONSTITUTION:About 1kg UME, about 1.8l-vinegar, and about 1.5-2kg honey are put in a container, blended lightly, and allowed to stand for about 2-3 months, to give the desired drinking water. Since this drinking water contains sufficiently an extract of UME, it is effective for recovery of fatigue, prevention of aging, etc., and exhibits effect of vinegar such as decomposition of fatigue element promotion of fat metabolism, etc. The taste of UME is mixed with the mild flavor of vinegar with good body to give flavor and taste of the blend of its own, and this drinking water is easily drinkable. It is useful not only as drink but also as seasoning for Japanese, Chinese food, etc., and it can be processed into a food like yogurt and eaten.
