PURPOSE:To obtain an image being nearly still continuously for many hours by small expenses, by executing an adjustment of a fixed point position of an air-borne floating body to which a TV camera has been attached, by a signal from at least three pieces of transponders. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of transponders 1, 1a and one set of transponder and control device 2 are placed at a suitable interval on the ground. In this state, when a still image is being obtained by a TV camera 10 which has been provided on an air-borne floating body 5, if a wind force, etc., work on the air-borne floating body 5, its position is varied. In such a case, a signal from each transponder 1, 1a and 2 is received by a receiving device 8 of the air-borne floating body 5, and by driving a position adjusting device 7 by this signal, the air-borne floating body 5 is moved to a normal position. In this way, an image being nearly still can be obtained continuously for many hours by small expenses.
