PURPOSE:To enable the installation and repair of piping to be carried out in a low place and improve the safety of operation by installing said piping connected to the interior equipment articles of a unit, on the underside of a floor board. CONSTITUTION:In the unit body 3 of a box type unit for an accommodation space of a hull, a floor board 1 is provided on the upper part of the lower end 3b of the unit body 3. On the other hand, piping 4 and a ventilation trunk 5 are installed in an inner space 1a under the floor or the unit body 3 on the lower part, and connected to the interior equipment articles of water-supplying facilities 6 and ventilation room units 7 provided in a unit room 8. Accordingly, operations for the installation and repair of the interior equipment of the water- supplying facilities 6 and ventilation room units 7 can be carried out in a low place of the inner space 1a under the floor.
