DYNAMICALLY DETECTED FILM USING AMORPHOUS MAGNETIC ALLOY POWDER

PURPOSE:To achieve the junction strength of amorphous magnetic alloy for an object to be measured, by forming amorphous magnetic alloy powder partially covered with surface modified film in such a manner that the texture is exposed outward. CONSTITUTION:After one surface of a thin film strip of an amorphous magnetic alloy is plated by Cu, the thin film strip is cut into thin pieces of about 1mm square and crushed in wet atmosphere to obtain amorphous magnetic alloy powder 1. An epoxy based resin adhesive 4 is applied on the circumferences surface of a shaft 3 and the amorphous magnetic alloy powder 1 is evenly attached to the adhesive 4 and then, a resin hardening processing is performed. After the processing, the amorphous magnetic alloy powder 1 attached to the adhesive 4 is scraped off on the side where the texture is exposed without being covered with a Cu plated film 2. The surface modified film 5 thus obtained is used as dynamic value detection film. As the amorphous magnetic alloy powder 1 is fixed firmly on the shaft 3 in such a manner that its texture faces outward, a high detection output can be obtained with limited errors.
