PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder of which the grain size is smaller and the saturated magnetic flux density is high.;SOLUTION: By a liquid phase reduction process, e.g., alloy powder having the following composition is produced: Fe100-a-b-xBaPbNx (wherein, N denotes one or more elements selected from Cu, Ag, Au, Pt and Pd, and, a, b, x denote 20 atomic%a35 atomic%, 1 atomic%b3 atomic%, and 0 atomic%x15 atomic%). The soft magnetic alloy powder obtained thereby has the average particle diameter of 0.05 to 1.0 m, and also, consists of an amorphous single phase.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
