PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a generating plant sharply as a whole by causing main-steam pipes, which connect a boiler in each plant unit to a top turbine in each plant unit, to be interconnected by means of a warming pipe, and then incorporating a closing valve into the warming pipe.
