PURPOSE:To open a filter plate securely and to prevent the opened filter plate from being closed again in a hooking device for opening a filter plate by erecting a claw hook interlocking with a push claw hook. CONSTITUTION:A claw box is moved in a direction for closing a filter plate by a chain 12 and a push claw hook 1 is fallen down by colliding with a supporting piece Ea of a filter plate. Thus, an engaging part 7a of a torsion spring is dropped and an engaging part 7b is raised to erect an engaging claw hook 2. Then, when the engaging claw hook 2 collides with the supporting piece Ea, the collision is sensed to cause reverse revolution of a motor and the claw box is moved in a direction for opening the filter plate. The push claw hook 1 pushes the supporting piece Ea and the filter plate is opened. When the filter plate is moved to an end of an opened filter plate, the resistance of the end is sensed and the motor is driven reversely again and the claw box is moved in a closing direction of the filter plate. In this stage, the engaging claw hook 2 collides with the supporting piece Ea of the opened filter plate and falls over.
