PURPOSE:To manage completely a meal or to execute a dietary cure treatment by ingesting the food to which a food nourishment display has been affixed, and putting in order food nourishment display tables by using this mount, so that a calory ingestion quantity of one day and an ingesting state of necessary three large nutrients are clear at a glance. CONSTITUTION:A food nourishment display table 1 to be affixed to a commodity which has packed 60gr pork shows that the quantity of the commodity contains 90gr protein, and 5gr lipid per one unit (80 calories), and a small piece for showing these quantities can be cut off on perforated line 2. As for 3 which is affixed to a commodity of 200ml milk, it is displayed that the quantity of the commodity is 1.4 unit, and contains 6gr protein, 7gr lipid and 8gr sugar, and as for 4 which is affixed to such a rice bowl as offered in an eating house, etc., it is shown that 35gr protein, 12.5gr lipid and 100gr sugar by 8 units. A mount 5 for putting in order and affixing base food nourishment display tables indicates that a food ingestion quantity of one day is 20 units (1,600 calories), and =80gr protein, =50gr lipid, and =200gr sugar are to be ingested.
