SUPPORT MEMBER FOR HEATING STEEL MATERIAL IN HEATING FURNACE

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture a support member for a heated steel material fit for use at high temp. by building up high-alloy powder contg. Cr carbide and Co as essential components on the necessary part of the surface of the body of support member made of a heat resistant steel by plasma arc welding. CONSTITUTION:High-alloy powder contg. Cr carbide and Co as essential components is built up on the necessary part 2 of the surface of the body 1 of a support member made of a heat resistant steel by plasma arc welding to form a built-up layer 3, where a heated steel material makes contact. The high-alloy powder has a composition consisting of 40-60% Cr carbide, 25-35% Co and 10-30% others. Thus, a support member for a heated steel material in a heating furnace having a prolonged endurance life is obtd.
