The device for damming in, sealing, consolidating and restructuring fissures or zones permeable to liquids present in walls of masonry or reinforced-concrete structures, which are buried or immersed, comprises a plate (1) for covering the fissure or the permeable zone, means (2) for fixing the said plate to the wall, means (3) ensuring the sealing of the contact of the plate on the wall, and means (4) for bringing, under pressure, an injectable liquid composition (8) into contact with the wall surface thus covered.
