The invention relates to kits for the preparation of nucleoside triphosphates (NTP, dNTP) or their derivatives by means of enzymatic reagents which are not nucleoside-specific, and to simple processes employing these kits for labelling with the isotopes 32P or 35S by means of H332PO4 or Na3PO335S without discrimination at the alpha ,ss- or the gamma -position of the nucleotides.
