The support is made from porcine skin gelatin adhering to a plastic film, and is capable of reversibly immobilising a biologically active substance. This gelatin comprises, at its surface, accessible sites consisting of ligands capable of combining reversibly with an antibody or a biologically active substance. The support, to which antibodies are bound, can form a membrane having enzymatic activity, which can be combined with an electrochemical sensor.
