A METHOD AND A COLLECTOR CART FOR COLLECTING LARGE STRAW BALES ON THE FIELD

For picking up straw bales in the field, it is known to use a collecting cart which is towed by a tractor offset laterally behind and which has at its front end a pivotable fork upward, which can pick up the bales successively and rotate them so that they fall on the body of the cart, bullets loaded successively to be removed manually from their loading position on the body of the cart to be secured. The design of the swivel head (14) above described can deposit one or more balls in a well controlled manner on the body (20) of the cart while the previously loaded bales are automatically moved back, the cart ansi can be completely filled with large and heavy bullets without manual intervention and without requiring a separate body to move the ball backwards. However, if desired, this movement can be applied in some other way for example by means of a conveyor located along the body of the cart. The unloading of the balls is easy because the body of the cart is done as a dump (20).
