The process according to the present invention comprises the following stages: - geothermal hot water is taken from the subterranean well (2) and is directed towards the primary (4) of a heat exchanger (3), - the geothermal energy taken is restored at the secondary (5) of the exchanger (3) towards one or more individual circuits for heating (6) and for production of hot sanitary water (7), - a forced circulation of geothermal hot water at fixed rate is established in the primary circuit and another of water at adjustable rate in the secondary circuit, and the flow of this circulation of water is regulated so that the temperature of the water at the secondary (5) return (18) of the exchanger (3) is as close as possible to the temperature of the returns (23) of the heating circuits of the rooms and consequently that the temperature at the output (11) from the primary (4) of the exchanger (3) is as low as possible so as to use as much as possible of the geothermal energy taken.
