Infrared absorption analysis of carbon and sulfur in iron and steel

摘要

Analytic method for C and S in iron and steel comprises (A) putting sample (1) into a crucible (3) and adding fuel additive [(2), Cu: W = 1:2 , (B) setting in a reactor (5) surrounded with high frequency oscillator (4), (C) burning the sample in O atm. supplied via an inlet (6) for conversion into CO2 and SO2, and (D) reading ir- detector signal of CO2 and SO2.
