Straight guide slots(1a,1a') of a predetermined length are formed at both sides of a base plate(1). The rear end of the slot is toward a V-stoper(3). The guide threads(10a,10a') provided at the base(6,6') of feeding and winding side's tilted guide post assemblies(9,9') are inserted into and guided in the slots(1a,1a'). Connecting gears(12,12'), which are pivotedly supported to the lower surface of the base plate(1) and meshengaged with each other, are mesh-engaged with the racks(10b,10b') of the guide pieces(10,10'). The post assemblies(9,9') are linearly reciprocatable in order to transmit the power of a driving motor(14) to one(12) of the gears(12,12').
