2-(3-Hydroxy-1-alkenyl)cyclopropanecarboxamidoalkanecarboxylic acids and 2-(3-hydroxy-1-alkenyl)cyclopropanealkenecarboxylic acids of the general formula IMAGE in which A, R1 to R4, n and m have the meaning given in the description, and their physiologically acceptable salts are prepared by methods which are known per se. The novel compounds are suitable as active ingredients for medicaments for the prevention and treatment of disorders which take place with thromboxane and/or leukotriene involvement.
