The invention relates to a connector for the transition between a copper conductor and an aluminium conductor. The copper connecting part (1) which is allocated to the copper conductor consists of a hollow-cylindrical region (11) which is matched to the conductor cross-section of the copper conductor and is provided on the side facing the aluminium connecting part (2) with a threaded pin (12), while the aluminium connecting part (2) which is allocated to the aluminium conductor likewise consists of a hollow-cylindrical region (21), which is matched to the conductor cross-section of the aluminium conductor and, on the side facing the copper connecting part (1), has a threaded hole (22) corresponding to the threaded pin (12) on the copper connecting part (1).
