Initially, the male mould part (1) of the attachment linkage with the appending anchorage part (3) is modelled as a shapeable and combustible cast model on a primary working model obtained by an impression in the mouth, cast as a primary part with the aid thereof and finally processed. A spacer is placed on the male mould part (1) of the finished primary part. A secondary working model is produced by duplicating the working model and the primary part present thereon with the spacer. The female mould part (2) with the appending dental replacement part (4) is modelled as a shapeable and combustible cast model on the secondary working model, cast as a secondary part with the aid thereof and finally processed. The primary part and the secondary part are joined together in accordance with the situation in the particular jaw, and the free space (8) generated by the spacer between the male mould part (1) and the female mould part (2) receiving the latter is filled by casting with a castable and then curing or curable plastic which does not shrink on curing.
