In a fixing for a guide castor which can be adjusted in the axial direction with respect to a carrier and has a bolt which is attached on one side to the carrier and bears the guide castor, the axial adjustability of the running castor is to be made possible without a subsequent actuation of securing elements for arresting the running castor. For this purpose, it is provided that the bolt (6) is rigidly connected to the carrier (1), that the guide castor (2) is rotatably mounted on a threaded bushing (11), that the threaded bushing (11) is screwed onto the bolt (6) provided with an external thread (10) and that a spring element (15) which surrounds the bolt (6) annularly is clamped between the carrier (1) and the threaded bushing (11).
