P the invention relates to the hydrogenation catalysts co-precipitated based on nickel, cobalt and silica and of nickel, cobalt, copper and fixed on a silica support. / p & & p & there is obtained the catalysts of the invention, by preparing an aqueous reaction mixture containing the nickel and cobalt (and possibly of the cations of copper), of the anions silicate and of the solid particles are porous support, with stirring, in order to form a coprecipitate of nickel, cobalt (and if necessary, copper), and silicate in the solid particles are porous support, by heating the aqueous reaction mixture and by adding an alkaline agent, precipitating in order to precipitate more ions, nickel, cobalt (and if necessary, copper) and anions silicate in the solid particles are porous support is applied to the hydrogenation of organic compounds. / p
