Devices for making portable conference trestles (stands), having a pad of paper. The invention relates to a plurality of devices making it possible to store a conference trestle (stand) having a pad of paper in hand luggage, bag or travel case. They consist of a panel support frame comprising four tubes which can be fitted together and connected to each other by positioning springs: the upper tube 1, in the form of an inverted U, bears the pins 3 for fastening the pad of paper, and three small tubes 8 and 10, into which the feet 9 and 11 are fitted, are welded to the lower tube 6 in the form of a U, and two intermediate vertical tubes 4 connect the two U-shaped tubes. On the frame are fastened panels 2, 5, 7, to which a support bottom for the pad is adapted and which consists of plastic strips or hinge panels or panels juxtaposed by cables and springs. Independent panels can also be fastened to the framework by lyre clips, "velcro", magnets, or threaded pins and knurled nuts. The devices according to the invention are intended in particular for staff trainers and sales promotors who carry out assignments in the field and must travel with lightweight and compact equipment.
