The present invention relates to a liposome composition, preferably coloured, in a solution containing one of the complementary elements of an affinity reaction associated with liposomes without any chemical coupling, characterised in that the element is anchored at the surface of the said liposomes, where appropriate partially incorporated in the depth of the lipid film-coatings of the liposomes, this anchorage being sufficiently stable for the said element to react with the counter-element which is specific to it without separating the said liposomes.
